Delivery Information

All orders are sent by Royal Mail or by courier service.

Please note that during the current Covid-19 pandemic, items may take longer to arrive, due to the demand on delivery services.

Please note that no invoice documentation will be sent with your order so recipients will not see any order value etc.  We do include a packing confirmation.

FREE GIFT WRAP AND HANDWRITTEN NOTE

If you wish to include a handwritten message with your order – please make a note of this in the ‘Additional Information’ – order notes box at checkout and we will do this for you (free of charge).  We can also gift wrap using rustic kraft paper and string (free of charge) but again this must be specified at checkout for this to be applied.

Dispatch

Items in-stock will be dispatched the next working day. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested at the time of ordering by way of comments or please contact us. Despatch by special delivery is available on payment of the appropriate charge, please contact us for details.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is just £4.95 per order.  Delivery excluded on mirrors or larger items marked as ‘collection only’.  However, please get in touch as we can quote for larger items.

Christmas Delivery

Last order date for Christmas delivery: 15 December 2023 (unless local delivery available)

Returns

Goods damaged in transit or that are unsuitable should be notified to us immediately for a replacement or refund. Unsuitable goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. P&P charges are not refundable.
